The resort is sited on a steep slope of about 30 degrees; although challenging, it offers spectacular unobstructed view of the Sisters Islands sitting in the Gulf of Thailand. The Front of House main belt meanders through four different thematic elements of wood, rock, lawn and water. Sited at the peak of the site is the Lobby and Reception building, followed by the Specialty Restaurant (rock zone), the all-day dining following next to form the lawn and woods zone and the Pool Bar forms the water zone.

The asymmetrical shallow pitched roofs with large overhangs are the contemporary tropical response to the traditional resort-style pitched roof, providing shelter and protection from weather elements. Placements of window openings are sensitive to the pivotal balance of an unobstructed view and privacy.
